Look there's nothing wrong with the food and there's really nothing wrong with the service overall, but the prices are either wrong on the menu or wrong on the order sheet. I ordered a large build your own bowl which is advertised at about $17 and got charged about $20 for it. I didn't choose any add-ons in my bowl that were an extra charge, so there's no reason for there to have been a $3 difference. And when I asked about why the difference in pricing---" oh, well, the prices aren't real. The board just hasn't been updated......" What???? I came to this location because it was a reasonable price without that, it's not worth distance. This is a fast food shop face in a mall. It's not like I'm getting table service. There's no reason to pay $20 for a poke bowl at a mall. $3 might not be a lot at once but this used to be routine for me to come here, and makes me think about all the other things that I may have ordered where I was charged something very different

Delicious eats 😋. Always up for a fresh sushi pit stop. This location is one I've frequented for over a year and not looking elsewhere quite yet lol. The atmosphere is awesome, near a few 📺's to catch a game, or be drawn into a show. Then off for to window shop, or grab some dessert 🍨 near by. The staff is friendly and always eager to help suggesting the best the menu has to offer. With this menu, you cant miss. 🎯🎉

Good portions but next time adding an additional meat. I feel that 2 meats is not enough for a big guy like me. They have Delicious fresh food though!!

This was a very upsetting experience. We found bugs in our drinks (see attached photo), which is completely unacceptable. The cashier was visibly annoyed while taking our order and had an attitude throughout the interaction. When we returned the drinks for a refund, she became even more annoyed instead of handling the situation professionally. Food and beverage safety should be a top priority, and customer concerns should be addressed respectfully. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made an already unacceptable situation worse. We will not be returning.

The service was professional and efficient and they answered any questions I had so I was able to easily order. They also were very friendly in disclosing the different portions for each size and confirming which I wanted to order. My mom decided to order the tuna salad onigiri (which she mentioned tasted alright but had more rice to filling ratio) and I decided to get the unagi bowl and a powerade and it was pretty enjoyable! The sauce was a little sweeter than I was expecting / used to but not overbearingly so and the portions were very filling (one bowl is great for a simple meal or sharing if you're not feeling particularly hungry). The vegetables were fresh and the bowl was prepared to order (which is nice if you enjoy watching food preparations while you wait). The drinks are self-serve after you purchase near the station where you can grab utensils for eating, which I liked since it made it easy to wait until I had my food before grabbing a cold beverage. There's limited seating in the restaurant itself, but it is located in the Ingram Park Mall so there's plenty of seating in the main dining hall (as long as it isn't super busy, usually it's still easy to find a place to
